Q: How it works?
A: After the successfully purchase of the ticket you will receive an e-ticket with booking number by email. You just need to present this e-ticket at the entrance counter. If you did not receive the e-ticket, please check your spam-folder as the mail sometimes ends up there.
Q: Can I cancel the booking and get a refund?
A: No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made.
Q: Can I cancel the booking and get a refund if I encounter extreme weather on the visit date?
A: If force majeure occurs (i.e. severe weather), the event will be canceled. In this case you can use the ticket in other event day. In case this is not possible we will issue a full refund.

Ticket Validity
Tickets are non transferable, and must be used on selected date.
Visits must be done between the event operation hours.
Terms of Purchase
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or returned for cash or any other products or services.
Children Visit
Any child aged under 11 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above) with a valid ticket upon admission.
Refusal of Admission
Macau Tower reserves the right at any time to refuse and/or terminate any visits to Macau Tower without refund or compensation
if the visitor violates or fails to comply with the Macau Tower Rules and Regulations; or
if the visitor performs unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior that affects other guests or his/her own; or
to ensure safety, security or order; or if Macau Tower considers that the circumstances so require.
