- You receive the gift voucher by email.
- You come to the restaurant and present your gift voucher.
- We will deduct the gift voucher amount from your bill.

Important Notes:
- We do not offer cash back for gift vouchers. If the total bill amount is less than the value of the gift voucher, we will not be able to issue a refund for the difference.
- Kindly be advised that we highly recommend making advance reservations to ensure availability. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee a table for your dining experience.
Terms & Condition:
- Please present a valid confirmation email for your gift voucher redemption.
- Gift vouchers must be used before the expiry date.
- Gift vouchers are applicable to your selected designated restaurant in Macau Tower.
- Gift vouchers are not applicable on Statutory Holidays and designated festive / special dates (please check with Macau Tower’s staff for details).
- A maximum of one gift voucher can be used in each transaction, and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and offers.
- Upon confirmation, there will be no cancellation or amendment.
- Once purchased, gift vouchers cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or returned for cash or any other products or services.
- Macau Tower reserves the right of final decisions in case of any dispute.
