Ticket Validity
- Tickets are non transferable, and must be used on selected date.
- Visits must be done between the observation decks operation hours.
Terms of Purchase
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or returned for cash or any other products or services.
Children Visit
- Any child aged under 11 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above) with a valid ticket upon admission.
Refusal of Admission
- Macau Tower reserves the right at any time to refuse and/or terminate any visits to Macau Tower without refund or compensation
- if the visitor violates or fails to comply with the Macau Tower Rules and Regulations; or
- if the visitor performs unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviour that affects other guests or his/her own; or
- to ensure safety, security or order; or
- if Macau Tower considers that the circumstances so require.
Epidemic Prevention Measures
To cooperate with the epidemic prevention work of the Macau SAR Government, Macau Tower has been implementing the following prevention guidelines since its reopening:
- All of our Tower staff and guests entering the premises must wear face mask at all time.
- Body temperature check for every individuals entering Macau Tower (including front entrance and car park) and require them to present their on-day “Macao Health Code”.
- Decline admission of people with fever or acute cough.
- Hand sanitizer is provided in the public area of Macau Tower.
- To avoid people gathering inside Macau Tower, individuals should always maintain a distance of at least 1 meter from others.
- All public high touched areas within Macau Tower are regularly disinfected.
