Refusal of Admission

  • Macau Tower reserves the right at any time to refuse and/or terminate any visits to Macau Tower without refund or compensation
    • if the visitor violates or fails to comply with the Macau Tower Rules and Regulations; or
    • if the visitor performs unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviour that affects other guests or his/her own;
    • or to ensure safety, security or order; or
    • if Macau Tower considers that the circumstances so require.

For Observation Deck General Admission Tickets

Ticket Validity

  • Tickets are non transferable, and must be used on selected date.
  • Visits must be done between the observation decks operation hours.

Terms of Purchase

  • Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or returned for cash or any other products or services.

Children Visit

  • Any child aged under 11 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above) with a valid ticket upon admission.

For Local Special Observation Deck Tickets

Ticket Validity

  • Tickets are non transferable, and must be used on selected date.
  • Visits must be done between the observation decks operation hours.

Terms of Purchase

  • All locals are required to show their Macau Resident ID at ticket collection. Each one may collect a maximum of 1 tickets with a valid Resident ID or Blue Card.
  • Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or returned for cash or any other products or services.

Children Visit

  • Any child aged under 11 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above) with a valid ticket upon admission.

For G-Racing Experience

Ticket Validity

  • Tickets are non transferable, and must be used on selected date.
  • For redemption, you must present your e-ticket at the Macau Tower G Floor counter.
  • Experience must be done between the G-Racing operation hours from 1:30pm to 10pm.
  • For your safety and comfort there are height restrictions (1.2m height above)

Terms of Purchase

  • You will receive confirmation of your booking instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email
  • Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or returned for cash or any other products or services.
  • The operator may cancel the booking in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund

For Summer Sports Carnival​

Ticket Validity

  • Tickets are non transferable, and must be used on selected date.
  • Visits must be done between the event operation hours.

Terms of Purchase

For X’mas Delicacies Promotion

  • Order and full payment must be completed 2 day before the selected date for pick up. Pick up date can be selected between 1-25 December.
  • Upon confirmation, there will be no cancellation or amendment.
  • Xmas Takeaway cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or returned for cash or any other products or services.
  • Xmas Takeaway must be taken on selected date.
  • Please present a valid confirmation email for pick-up.
  • Macau Tower reserves the right of final decisions in case of any dispute.

For Lua Azul Mini MoonCake Early Bird Promotion

  • Mooncake Gift Box Early Bird Promotion order should be placed during 8 July – 15 August 2022 with full payment settled prior to the specified pickup date.
  • Upon confirmation, there will be no cancellation or amendment.
  • Mooncake Gift Box cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or returned for cash or any other products or services.
  • Mooncake Gift Box must be taken on selected date.

Ticket Validity

  • Tickets must be used on selected date.

Terms of Purchase

  • Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or returned for cash or any other products or services.

  • Voucher Validity
    • Vouchers must be used within the redemption period.
    • Observation Deck Vouchers (except Firework tickets) cannot be used on 1 Oct, 2 Oct, 24 Dec and 25 Dec.
    • Lunch Vouchers cannot be used on 3 Oct, 4 Oct, 5 Oct, 6 Oct, and 7 Oct.
    • Reservation in advance is required for the redemption of lunch vouchers.

For flower bouquets and arrangements

  • All orders must be placed and paid three (3) working days before the specified delivery date.

  • Free delivery service is only available in the Macau peninsula. For delivery to Taipa, Cotai, Coloane or special delivery services, please contact us at (853) 2896 0169 within office hours, as additional charges may apply.

  • The delivery hours are between 10 am and 6 pm; if a delivery is required on a specified time, additional charges may apply.

  • Order updates or changes must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.

  • After your order is placed, we will contact you by email or by phone within 24 hours to confirm your order. If you do not receive our confirmation, please contact us at (853) 2896 0169 within office hours, otherwise the order will be considered as cancelled.

  • All orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • You can choose either credit card or bank transfer as the payment option.

For “360 Café – Great Sandwich Day”

  • Sandwiches sets preordered must be used on Thursday, June 09, 2022. From 12:00 pm to 3 pm.
  • One sandwich set allows one entrance to the restaurant.
  • Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or returned for cash or any other products or services.
  • Infants (aged under 3) are free of charge.
