主要職責：

向客戶推廣旅遊塔優惠活動及旅遊資訊；
協助迎接VIP客戶及商務團體；
協助核對客戶訂單信息；
處理客戶投訴及接聽公眾電話咨詢。

職位要求：

學士學位或以上，酒店管理專業者優先；
至少1年酒店或相關領域的工作經驗；
能夠獨立完成工作，具備強烈的責任感和工作效率；
良好的英語、廣東話和普通話的書寫和口語能力。

工作時間：

每週工作6天，每日工作4小時，主要時段為晚上8時至12時。
