主要職責:

  • 向客戶推廣旅遊塔優惠活動及旅遊資訊;
  • 協助迎接VIP客戶及商務團體;
  • 協助核對客戶訂單信息;
  • 處理客戶投訴及接聽公眾電話咨詢。

職位要求:

  • 學士學位或以上,酒店管理專業者優先;
  • 至少1年酒店或相關領域的工作經驗;
  • 能夠獨立完成工作,具備強烈的責任感和工作效率;
  • 良好的英語、廣東話和普通話的書寫和口語能力。

工作時間:

  • 每週工作6天,每日工作4小時,主要時段為晚上8時至12時。
