Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled activity time at the Skypark Ticket Counter on the basement level of the Macau Tower to complete ticket redemption and registration

If you are late, your activity may be rescheduled based on the original booking time.
Activities may be suspended without prior notice due to weather conditions such as typhoons, strong winds, thunderstorms, or heavy rain.
Parental/Legal Guardian authorization is necessary for children under 18 years old. A Parent/Legal Guardian must be present at the Skypark Tower Ticketing Counter, with the minor. And must sign the waiver form on behalf of the minor.
For safety reasons, staff have the final authority on all matters related to the adventure activities.
Skypark Macau Tower reserves the right to make the final decision on these terms and conditions without prior notice.

The complimentary Skyview Express ticket is transferable, but must be used on the same day as the Bungy Jump or Skyjump booking.
The complimentary ticket cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

The observation deck ticket is valid for one person and one time entrance only.
