以下條款及細則適用於所有經澳門旅遊塔網站（www.macautower.com.mo）購買的門票，包括觀光層門票、餐廳門票/餐券及在澳門旅遊塔舉行的活動門票。
購買條款
- 購買門票後，不能兌換、轉讓、退款、退還現金或兌換其他產品或服務。
門票有效期
- 門票須在所選日期使用。
門票換領
- 提交訂單並付款成功後，你將會在24小時內收到一封訂單確認郵件。請確保向我們提交正確的聯絡資料。
- 請在指定地點向工作人員出示有效的訂單確認郵件以換領門票。
極端天氣
- 若懸掛八號風球或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號，澳門旅遊塔可在通知或不通知公眾的情況下關閉。澳門旅遊塔擁有全權決定酌情更改門票的有效日期或安排退款。
兒童入場參觀
- 任何11歲以下的兒童入場時必須由成人（18歲或以上）陪同，並需持有效門票。
- 任何18歲以下的兒童不得購買或換領任何含酒精飲品。
- 3歲以下兒童免費進場。
拒絕入場
- 澳門旅遊塔保留隨時拒絕和/或終止參觀澳門旅遊塔的權利，恕不退款或賠償
- 如訪客違反或不遵守《澳門旅遊塔規章》；或
- 如訪客進行不安全，違法或令人反感的行為而影響到他人或他/她自己；或
- 為確保在場人士安全，保障財產或維持秩序； 或
- 如澳門旅遊塔認為情況必要。
一般條款

- Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after order submission. Please make sure you provide us with correct contact details.
- Please present the valid confirmation email at designated location for ticket redemption.
Extreme Weather
- In case of the hoisting of typhoon signal no. 8 or above, Macau Tower may be closed with or without prior notice to the public. Macau Tower may, at its sole discretion, change the validity date of the ticket to an alternative date or refund the price of the ticket to you.
Children Visit
- Any child aged under 11 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above) with a valid ticket upon admission.
- Any children under 18 cannot redeem alcoholic beverages.
- Childs under 3 years old are free of charge.
Refusal of Admission
- Macau Tower reserves the right at any time to refuse and/or terminate any visits to Macau Tower without refund or compensation
- if the visitor violates or fails to comply with the Macau Tower Rules and Regulations; or
- if the visitor performs unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviour that affects other guests or his/her own; or
- to ensure safety, security or order; or
- if Macau Tower considers that the circumstances so require.

- Macau Tower reserves the right of final decisions in case of any dispute.
