The Consulate General of Canada, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and Macau Tower Convention & Entertainment Centre proudly presents a "Canadian Food & Beverage Promotion" at the Macau Tower from January 10th to 31st, 2003.

Serving buffet highlighting Canadian fare includes succulent seafood preparations such as Canadian Blue Shell Mussels and Scallop Rockerfeller. In addition, meat dishes include Roast Pork Loin with Brandy Cream Sauce and Canadian Cornish Game Hen with Rosemary amongst many other choices.

 

Featuring Canadian wines from Cabernet Merlot Reserve to Vidal Icewine, and with a wide selection of cheese as well.

 

Wine and Dine, set meal with a glass of wine that includes Light Cream of Lobster Soup, Canadian Sirloin Steak with Roast Potatoes or Poached Halibut Fish on Creamy Seafood Risotto, and Pecan Nut Tart with Caramel Sauce.

 



Canadian foods in Chinese herbal cuisine such as Wok-fried Beef Tenderloin with Ligusticum and Fresh Mushroom with a hint of the ligusticum herb.

 

BBQ Express includes Canadian steak, game hen and seafood.
